Convertible Lease Holdings LLC is a holding company with assets integrated from real-estate and intellectual properties. We are the original inventors, developers, and promoters of the convertible lease method, which offers an alternative to the debt-based home ownership. We are also homeowners and fathers who care about their children and grandchildren being able to build better lives in a sustainable world.
Challenging The Status Quo
The worthwhile evolution starts with challenging The Status Quo. We dare to challenge the status-quo of a mortgage-based home ownership. We believe such an important “thing” as owning a home must have nothing to do with debt and leverage. Home is where our children play and where our hearts live. Home is where we feel safe. It must NOT be dependent on cleverly structured mortgages and intricate legal language in the closing documents that most home buyers normally fail to read and understand.
About Socially Responsible Capitalism
Home ownership is gradually becoming less and less affordable for increasingly more people with each generation. The debt-based home ownership is accompanied by lay-offs and foreclosures, which is, in turn, accompanied by increasing suicides that are tragic to many, many families.
We as a society must find viable alternative to the debt-based home ownership. Back in 1930-s, the U.S. Government created the government-backed home mortgage sponsorship, which worked for several decades. Now, America needs a solution that will be able to keep homes affordable regardless of ever-changing politics, lender-dictated loan terms, and central bank driven interest rates.
We believe this goal may be achieved through convertible lease through the principles of socially responsible capitalism.
About Us
We are parents, builders, and innovators united by a common mission. We have succeeded in our businesses and carriers, and in raising our children. Like many people, we have worked hard to pay off our car loans, credit cards, and mortgages. Like many people, we have made mistakes and learned from them - and that's why we have succeeded. In the process, we have experienced the inefficiencies and unfairness of the debt-based economy, and have found the solutions to make ourselves financially-independent. We now believe it's time to share our success with the world for the sake of our children and grandchildren, as well as with the generations to come.
We believe that truly owning a home is essential to the well-being of every family. We are fortunate to finally own our homes out right, despite our sour share of financial difficulties and foreclosures, some of which were caused by the events beyond of our control. We are also united by the philosophy of Andre Agassi, who said that "Helping others is the only thing we can do that has lasting value and meaning. That is why we are here." Now in our 50s and 60s, even though we can comfortably retire and enjoy our modest well being, we are working to show that homes may be owned without debt. This new way to own homes is achievable through the creation of synergies and balancing property rights between those who finance homes and those who actually live there. That is the convertible lease method.

Apparently we had reached a great height in the atmosphere, for the sky was a dead black, and the stars had ceased to twinkle. By the same illusion which lifts the horizon of the sea to the level of the spectator on a hillside, the sable cloud beneath was dished out, and the car seemed to float in the middle of an immense dark sphere, whose upper half was strewn with silver. Looking down into the dark gulf below.

As I went on, still gaining velocity, the palpitation of night and day merged into one continuous greyness; the sky took on a wonderful deepness of blue, a splendid luminous color like that of early twilight; the jerking sun became a streak of fire, a brilliant arch, in space; the moon a fainter fluctuating band; and I could see nothing of the stars, save now and then a brighter circle flickering in the blue.
